For schools and institutions

We build the culture, then hand it back.

MUN Academy works with schools, colleges and universities that want a Model UN culture worth keeping, and want their own faculty and students running it by the end. Everything here is separate from our student programmes.

The problem we usually walk into

One teacher, one conference, one year.

Most school MUN programmes rest entirely on one enthusiastic teacher and one senior batch. Both leave. The conference happens again the following year, slightly worse, and by the third year nobody remembers why any of the rules exist.

The other common shape is an outside agency that arrives, runs a weekend, takes a photograph and leaves nothing behind. It looks like progress and it builds nothing.

Our test is simple. If the second conference needs us as much as the first one did, we have failed.

So we work in terms rather than weekends. We train your delegates and your faculty at the same time, we put your students in the chairs, and we write down how it is done so the culture survives a batch graduating.

Three ways in

Pick the size that fits your year.

One

A focused engagement

Delegate training, an executive board academy, or academic consulting for a conference your students are already running.

Two

An annual partnership

Quarterly delegate workshops, faculty formation, secretariat mentoring, background guide development and academic review across the year.

Three

A club development mandate

A Model UN culture from scratch: constitution, calendar, intra-school committees, inter-school participation and student mentorship.

How an engagement works

Read first. Propose second.

01

Read the room

We study what already exists: your faculty, your calendar, your students, your ambition.

02

Propose, or decline

Only what fits. If the honest answer is not yet, we will say so rather than sell you a term of something.

03

Build alongside

Delivered in modules. Your faculty and your student secretariat stay in charge the whole way through.

04

Review and hand back

A written review, documented process, and a culture that outlasts one teacher and one batch.

Being straight with you

What we take on, and what we don't.

Worth reading before you write to us, so neither of us spends a month finding out we wanted different things.

We take on

Long engagements inside your own mission

  • Intra-school MUNs designed with your students, so the next one runs without us in the building.
  • Faculty formation alongside delegate training, because a MUN culture rarely outlasts one teacher.
  • Executive board academies, covering chairing, neutrality, feedback and judging that a room can trust.
  • Academic consulting for a conference you already run: committee selection, agenda framing, difficulty calibration, guide review.
  • Background guide development where you want the research and framing handled and the branding kept as yours.
We do not take on

Three things, and we are consistent about it

  • Conferences under our own name. Our name goes on a conference convened inside an institution's own educational structure, and nowhere else.
  • Invented or entertainment-driven committees. Fictional universes are fun. They are not diplomacy, and once the world is invented so is the consequence of negotiating badly in it.
  • Filling your hall. We do not source delegates or trade in student lists. Getting registrations is a logistics problem. Building the people who show up is the part we do.

Enquire

Tell us what already exists.

Not what you wish existed. Whether your MUN runs on one teacher, a strong senior batch or nothing at all, that is the useful starting information. We reply within three working days.
